Hubstaff is a fast-growing time-tracking and project management startup that fully embraces remote work.

We’ve been remote-first since day one in 2012 and have built a team of talented professionals that are also fun to work with. Our team has people from 30 different countries: we value and welcome diverse backgrounds.

We enjoy brainstorming sessions, coffee chats over Zoom, and annual retreats to destinations like Portugal and Mexico. Covid didn’t stop us from getting together in 2020, we were able to get to know each other better and strengthen our bond while having a great time at our virtual retreat. We also had an in-person retreat in the Dominican Republic in 2022.

Hubstaff is 100% bootstrapped and has been profitable for years. We are looking for people to join our team that are as committed as we are to continue and catalyse this growth.

Our hiring process can be slightly different from role to role.

Here's what you can generally expect:

1.  Email exchange with the HR team, with a couple of questions;
2. Call with HR team;
3. Technical assessment (for technical roles);
4. Call with team lead;
5. Call with department manager or with the CEO;
6. Job Offer call with HR team.
